Ingredients
8 dates
1 cup sugar
1 lemon
3 eggs
1 cup cream
1 cup flour
2 vanilla
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)

Method
Lemon rind grated with a grater and the juice is squeezed. Dates are cleaned from the stones and cut into two pieces. Eggs broken with half the sugar, add the cream, lemon peel, vanilla and flour with baking powder. Dates rank in the thoroughly greased baking dish with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and remaining sugar. Cover with the dough. Bake 25 minutes at 180 C. Hot sprinkle with powdered sugar.
