Shortcake with kozunak

Ingredients
1 old kozunak
1 compote with larger fruits
seasonal fruits (apples, kiwi, banana or other)
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup jam of your choice
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Fruits of the compote cook 10 minutes in sugar syrup (made from sugar and 1 cup water). The kozunak cut into slices and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake in hot oven on both sides, then ordered in a baking dish and smeared with jam. Fruit compote rank top. Optional can be syrup with sugar syrup, which are mumbo fruit or the juice of the compote. Top can be garnished with cream, beaten only egg whites or fresh fruit as fruit is glazed with gelatin or smeared with lemon, not to blacken and dry.
