Shortcake with nectarines

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
150 ml milk
100 g margarine
3 nectarines
1 vanilla
1/4 tsp citric acid
10 g baking powder
3-4 tbsp breadcrumbs for rolling the fruit

Method
Nectarines are cut into cubes and sprinkle plenty of bread crumbs. Leave to stand and juice them to take. The oven was heated to 180 C (with a fan 160). Cake pan or small tray plastered with plenty of margarine. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, margarine, citric acid and vanilla until smooth mixture. Add milk and stir well. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and mix thoroughly. Finally put nectarines and stir gently with a spatula. The mixture was poured immediately into the mold and bake for about 40-45 minutes to make a sample with a stick.
