Shpikovan pork topside

1 kg pork topside
4 carrots
1 onion
1 head of garlic
500 g baby potatoes
50 ml soy sauce
100 g of mustard
200 ml white wine
200 ml water
juice 1 orange
salt, pepper
100 ml sunflower oil
Swine topside wash and dry. Shpikova with a sharp knife in each hole and put chopped carrot julienne. In crock bottom pour sunflower oil, onion cut into rings and place the bottom, top put the remaining carrots purposes. Place the topside and around the potatoes again objectives and garlic cloves. In a bowl blurs mustard with water added soy sauce, wine, orange juice, salt and pepper. Pour topside puts the lid and bake for about 4-5 hours.

Wonderful proposal goes to favorites.

I have shpikovam except carrot, also with garlic and bacon, cut the same way - julienne. So the meat becomes very tender and flavorful. Put it in an envelope for baking, but also in casseroles would also become very delicious.
