Slavonska banitsa

4 eggs
40 g yeast
700 g flour
100 ml sunflower oil
300 g feta cheese
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Yeast dissolved in 200 ml lukewarm water. Add salt, sugar and three eggs, plus a egg white of the fourth egg (yolk left spreads the banitsa). Add flour gradually until a medium soft dough. Divide nine balls. Each ball is smeared with sunflower oil. Leave to rise for 1 hour, then stick three. Leave to rise again for 30 minutes and roll out of the peel (3 total). After prepare if the first sheet, sprinkle with plenty of sunflower oil and feta cheese. Roll out the second place on the first and again sprinkled with sunflower oil and feta cheese. The same is done with the third sheet. Twist together the three sheets of a tight roll, which is left for ten minutes to relax. Finally roll twist and curl in the form of a snail. Place in greased with sunflower oil pan and coated with the separated yolk diluted with a little water. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven. After baking, the banitsa sprayed with water and with a towel for ten minutes.
