Smoked meat with lentils

Ingredients
500 g smoked meat
20 g lard
10 g butter
8 small heads onion
350 g lentils
piece of celery
2 carrots
2 cloves garlic
link herbs - bay leaf, parsley and thyme, tied with white thread
parsley
ground pepper
salt
Method
Smoked meat pour cold water and vazvaryava. Remove, rinse in cold water, dry and fry with onions peeled heads in the heated mass. When the onions are golden brown, add lentils, celery, carrots cut longitudinally, the connection herbs, crushed garlic, pour water and boil on low heat until soft. Remove the carrots, celery and herbs relationship, the lentils strain and add butter, pepper and salt. The meat is cut into portions, arranged in the dish is placed around the lentils and onions and garnish with chopped parsley.
