Soup balls for seven minutes

3 potatoes (diced)
2 carrots (diced)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream + 1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp dry vegetable seasoning
1/3 cup not linear vermicelli
# For marbles:
250 g minced meat - a mixture
pinch ground black pepper
pinch Ronen savory

Minced meat is kneaded with spices and form balls, together with vegetables, spices and other products are put in pressure cooker with 2 liters of boiling water. Place the lid and tighten. Once you begin to squeal valve detected seven minutes, the soup is ready and remove from heat.

Yes, but in an ordinary pot cooking time should be about 20 minutes.

and I do so often - no thickener. Instead vermicelli may slightly increase the amount of potatoes to thicken the soup. Not put flour and roll balls in flour before you put them. In marbles put chopped onion and a little rice without egg. Could easily be done in an ordinary pot.
