Soup of lamb

Ingredients
400 g lamb
2 (50 g) carrots
1/2 head (50 g) celery
2-3 (150 g) potatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 tsp (10 g) tomato paste
3-4 cloves garlic
parsley
cumin
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is cut into pieces and washed . Pour 6-7 cups of cold water and put the fire to boil. When it boils, add salt. Add the carrots and celery, chopped. In fat stew onion, finely chopped, fuzzy little water tomato paste and flour, then pour in the broth. After a while add potatoes, diced and chopped tomatoes. Shortly before removing the soup from heat and put chopped cloves of garlic. The finished soup sprinkled with chopped parsley, pepper and cumin. Serve hot.
