Ingredients
2 cups canned corn or frozen
100 g crab meat or shrimp
1 stalk spring onion, finely chopped
3 and 1/2 cup water
2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
3 tbsp starch or cornmeal
1 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped onions feathers (for decoration)
Method
Corn is ground roughly in the kitchen combine. Mixed with crab meat (shrimp) and the white part of the onion in the pot, add water, broth and starch (the cornmeal). Boil and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Season with soy sauce, pour into soup bowls and garnish with spring onions feathers.
