Spanish pancakes with eggs

Ingredients
8 eggs
1/3 cup (70 g) cornmeal
1/4 cup (50 ml) milk
100 g salo
1 onion
150 g mushrooms
pepper
pepper
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Eggs are broken with the cornmeal, milk, salt, and red pepper. Cut into large cubes salo fry, add the chopped onion, the chopped mushrooms and fry the mixture. When cooled down, mix with beaten eggs and fry pancakes in the heated sunflower oil. Serve immediately.
