Ingredients
500 g of grapes
2 egg white
300 g of powdered sugar
2 vanilla

Method
Grapes are washed and dry very well. Each cluster is first immersed in the beaten egg whites to which is added the vanilla, then in powdered sugar. Bake on baking sheet and bake in a hot oven until golden.
