In Spinach Florentine

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
50 g butter
4 eggs
300 g rice
150 g ham
50 g feta cheese
pepper
salt
nutmeg
Method
The rice is boiled with 3 pm. h. (600 ml) water, without razvaryava. Spinach is cleaned, washed well and stew in a little water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool, cut in large pieces and mixed with 20 g butter, 1 chopped hard-boiled egg, black pepper, salt and nutmeg. Ham cut in large pieces and mixed with grated feta cheese and rice. In a well greased with butter Court souffle rank consistently rice layer, layer spinach, starting with rice and ends with spinach. For each portion is done "well" in the spinach and place in it a raw egg. Remaining butter is spread over spinach and bake.
