1 kg spinach
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Spinach is well cleaned, washed and drain. Peel onions and cut into small pieces. The oil becomes heated and it was smothered onions and spinach. Add spices. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, mix with tomatoes and with spinach poured into a fireproof container. Pour some hot water and bake about 45 minutes.
