Spinach soup with carrots

Ingredients
500 g spinach
1 ball vermicelli
2 green onions
1 carrot
1 egg
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
mint
lemon
Method
Clean spinach brewed with boiling salted water and leave about 5 minutes. Chopped onion and carrot sauté in 2 tbsp sunflower oil and add them finely chopped spinach. Add 500 ml warm water and allow to boil. A ball noodles is naronva in the mixture 10 minutes after boiling spinach. Add salt to taste and a pinch of mint. Egg, milk and flour mixed into a separate container and added to it a ladle of soup. Mix well and then the soup is poured into poizstinala inside. Serve with a slice of lemon or can be passaged and sprinkle top with croutons.
