Sponge cake with jam prunes

4 eggs
vanilla 1
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
100 g jam prunes
2 cup flour
powdered sugar
In a bowl mix consistently following products: eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and baking powder. The mixture was stirred with a mixer until uniform and sugar melt. Put the flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Add sweet plum and again stir nice. Pour mixture into cake cutter is distributed evenly. Place in a well pre-heated oven and bake at 180 C for half an hour, the finished cake is dusted with icing sugar.

Some fat does not put you?

I guess I put 1 / 2chch oil.

I looked for the source of the recipe (because intrigued me) and really no fat. Surprisingly. Why so?

I was surprised, but really there is no oil, this recipe know it when I worked in a sweet shop in Chicago by one of my colleagues. Why are you surprised met here in cake recipes with aspirin, and you are wondering, there was no oil.
