Luke Peel and cut carrots Peel and chop onion. In a saucepan heat the oil and one after another is added with constant stirring with a wooden spoon the onion, carrot, red pepper, pour about 1.7 liters of water and add the peas. Boil for about 25 minutes and add the spices, simmer for 5 minutes. During this time the flour is mixed with 1/3 cup water until a smooth slurry and added to a boiling dish with constant stirring and stirred well for one minute. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
