Ingredients
1 kg Liver
100 g salo
100 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) red wine
1/2 cup (100 ml) broth
2 bay leaf
pepper
allspice
salt
Method
The liver without cut is shpikova with salo and fry in the butter. Add wine, broth, bay leaf, black pepper, allspice, and salt. Cover and stew in the oven from time to time pour the sauce. Serve sliced and topped with the sauce.
