Chocolate is melted in a water bath and mixed with finely chopped nuts (some of them leave for sprinkling). Banana Peel and halve lengthwise. Carving is flesh and each half is cut into 3 parts. Filled with chocolate-walnut mixture. Sprinkle with separated walnuts.
