Stuffed chicken steak with processed cheese in BBQ

4 chicken steak
# For the filling:
2 pickles
100 g marinated mushrooms
30 g butter
4 sprigs parsley
1 tsp onion flour
1 / 2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt
ground white pepper
100 g processed cheese
# For the marinade:
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 cloves garlic
10-12 fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp dried
Processed cheese, cucumbers and mushrooms finely. Softened butter mixed with finely chopped parsley, salt, white pepper, onion powder and coriander. The mixture was agitated and chopped products already filling. The skin of the chicken steak was removed at one end so as to produce a pocket. It distributes filling and pins with a toothpick. Garlic and basil marinade to cut into julienne and mix with other products. Filled legs are placed in the marinade for 15 minutes on each side. Bake a BBQ for 10 minutes on each side, first put up with skin.
