Ingredients
2 fish mackerel
100 ml sunflower oil
500 g tomatoes (maybe canned)
200 g fresh peppers
5 onions
1 cube mushroom broth
1 bunch parsley
1 lemon
250 ml white wine
pepper, salt
Method
The fish is washed, cleaned and add salt. Tomatoes, peppers and onions cut into cubes, parsley - chopped. Add to cube broth and pepper. The resulting mixture was filled fish. The remaining vegetable mixture ranks in the pan, place the fish on top, pour in wine and sunflower oil and bake in a moderate oven. Garnish with lemon.
