Ingredients
          20 large mushrooms
          1 small red onion
          1 tbsp butter
          1 clove garlic
          basil leaves 3
          5 sprigs of parsley
          2 scallions
          pepper
          100 g smoked processed cheese
          50 g bacon
              Method
              Mushrooms are cleaned well. Stumps are removed and cut into small pieces. Finely chopped onion stew with the butter and bacon, add salt, garlic and stumps. Spices finely and added together with processed cheese. Each sponge is placed a little butter and stuffing. Bake in a very hot oven until the mushrooms acquire golden brown.
