Stuffed peppers with bulgur

Ingredients
10 red peppers
100 g bulgur
2-3 onions
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp raisins
salt
pepper
dry thyme
1 tsp paprika

Method
Onion stew until golden in the heated sunflower oil. Add bulgur wash the well and fry a few more minutes. Add the washed raisins, salt, pepper and crushed thyme. With a well-stirred mixture was stuffed peppers (fresh, frozen, pickled or dried) and dip into flour to be sealed. Arrange in a saucepan, pour in half with warm salted water and a little sunflower oil. Cover with the lid, boil until soft to the bulgur. Red pepper preparzhva slightly heated sunflower oil and sprinkled pepper in serving them.

buci, thanks! Image I do not know, but at least we were delicious. Little variety, not just stuffed peppers with rice or with rice and minced meat.

Pearl as stuffing for peppers or stuffed vine leaves can not but was delicious.

Very nice recipe quickly ate and I did not photograph them :)
