Stuffed potatoes with cap

Ingredients
1 boiled potato
1 tbsp yogurt
roasted pepper 1
2 tbsp feta cheese
ham 2 tbsp optional
parsley
Stuffed potatoes with cap

Method
Cut a cap of potatoes and carving. Other products are mixed with hollowed part of the potato. Filled and sealed with a lid. Wind up with foil and bake in oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm.

tastier would happen if milk is strained or puree

On the palate we like. This gouging me a little nervous because it should be done very gently (not to splinter potatoes). I added a little oil. Cold also delicious - with the addition of mayonnaise.

Elti, I'm glad you like it. Yes, little unnerving :) but gets tasty. The picture is great.
