Stuffed potatoes with vegetables in cheese sauce

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
# For the filling:
8-10 eggs quail
2 leeks
5-6 tbsp sunflower sunflower oil
2 pickles
2 red peppers from pickles
by 1/2 tsp salt samardala, red pepper and savory
# For the sauce:
50 g butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
50-60 g feta cheese

Method
Leeks cut onion, julienne cucumbers, peppers into pieces. Peel the potatoes and boil whole, taking care not are dissolved. Then peel and carve the inside. Leeks fry for about a minute in the oil, add the cucumbers, peppers and spices, pour a few tablespoons of water and stew until the water evaporates. Carved potatoes are filled with the mixture on each break an egg. Bake in preheated 180 C oven until the eggs are veiled. Flour sauce fry in butter until golden. Pour the milk and boil once, add the grated feta cheese. Stir until dissolved. Finally, sprinkle with pepper. Serve as a sauce in plates on it and arrange the potatoes.
