Stuffed tomatoes with sauce

Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
2 onions
2 carrots
12 tbsp margarine
1 cup rice
1 bunch parsley
200 ml milk
3 eggs
Method
Tomatoes are dug and salting. Chopped onion and grated carrot fry gently in 5 tablespoons margarine. Add rice. Add salt mixture and to it is added 1 L of water. Boil until the rice swell. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper to taste. With this mixture fill the tomatoes and arrange in a baking dish. Pour a cup of hot water, add the remaining margarine and bake in a moderate oven. When ready to pour a mixture of milk and eggs and dozapicha dish in a hot oven until crust catch.
