Sushi Nori

fresh cucumbers
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 and 1/4 cup cold water
1 cup rice for sushi (small)
6 sheets nori seaweed
4 eggs omelet
2 tbsp mayonnaise
