Sweet pita newborn

Ingredients
# For the dough:
500-600 g flour
35 g yeast
250 ml warm milk
egg 1
100 g sugar
50 g butter
# For the filling:
150 g of jam your choice
# spreads:
100 g butter
1 egg yolk
# For glaze:
2-3 tbsp honey

Method
Kneaded medium soft dough products. Spread a little butter and leave to rise - to double its volume. Sweet warms. 100 g butter melts. Vtasalato of dough tear small balls, flatten with hands. In the middle put 1 tsp of sweet and shaped into a small ball. Dip in melted butter and place in a baking dish. The balls can order the figure as desired. If left butter was poured into the pita. Rises again. Thoroughly smeared with beaten yolk with a little water and sugar. Bake at 200C 30-35 minutes. Hot smeared with honey.

So you do not anoint thee with oil pan right? And put the pieces together with the country that you dip in the oil down it?

Do not grease the pan with butter.
