Tolumbichki with cottage cheese Mary

3 eggs
220 g cottage cheese
300 g sugar
# For the syrup:
2 liters of water
1 kg of sugar
1 vanilla
sunflower oil for frying

Beat the eggs with sugar. Put in a bowl the cottage cheese and then stroke down with your hands or a fork until it becomes very small pieces, almost smooth. Add to it sugar-egg mixture and stir vigorously with a spoon again, if there are large pieces and crush. Put in a pan or saucepan about 1 liter of sunflower oil. Load the syringe with which you work. If you do not have you can use the machine to grind meat and vegetables, such as front put a special syringe cutter. I do so with a lot of cookies because it's convenient - with one hand hold, with the other slice, some spinning. Play the cut pieces in a well preheated oil.
