Tomato sauce (meat based)

Ingredients
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
250 g beef, cut into pieces
freshly ground black pepper
1 onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup dry red wine
1.8 kg peeled tomatoes with juice canned
500 g mild Italian sausage
1 pinch red pepper (cayenne flakes)
3 cloves garlic (pressed)
1 tbsp chopped oregano
salt
Method
Beef fry in olive oil, add the ingredients in the order of recording, as between wine and tomato paste are pauses. Allow to simmer for 2.5 hours.

Well done, just that you do sauce spaghetti or tasharini / they are like spaghetti, but rolled /

interesting recipe. Will try. And instead of beef with other meat that will be better?
