Tower of meat

1 kg pork or veal
200 g cheese
3 tomatoes
3 green peppers
50 g mayonnaise
salt, cumin and black pepper

Cut the meat into thin steaks. Hammer with a wooden mallet. Season with spices. Tower shouting as follows - meat, tomatoes, meat, cheese, meat, peppers, meat, tomatoes, meat, cheese, meat. The entire tower is smeared with mayonnaise. Three-four seats are attached to skewers for roasting, to not fall apart when baking. Watered with 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil and screwed with foil. Bake 20-25 minutes at 200 C to remove fthe oil and dopicha until golden at 180 S.

Tonight January prepared, it was very tasty! I added some things between the lines, and then put Cheddar tomatoes and alternating them with pickles. I put a little rosé (wine) and it was half baked shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese!
