Ingredients
5 onions, cut into thin slices
20 ml olive oil
30 g of white sugar
100 ml red wine
350 ml beef stock
bay leaves 2
1 pinch thyme
croutons (10 )
25 g cheese
25 g feta cheese Parmesan
1 sprig of rosemary for decoration

Method
Onions fry in olive oil until brown. Pour the sugar and without mixing, is caramelized. Pour the wine, broth and spices. The soup is poured into a clay pot, sprinkle with croutons and grated cheese and Parmesan. Bake is 6-7 minutes in a hot oven (to golden brown).
