Ingredients
2 turkey legs
500 g Basmati rice
1-2 scallions
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper (cayenne might)
1 tsp curry and turmeric
1 tbsp soy sauce
parsley or coriander
salt, olive oil
crushed dried chilli-optional

Method
Turkey legs are cooked and the broth is strained and paid for rice. On their legs removed skin is boned and the meat is broken. In a saucepan with 2-3 tbsp olive oil fry the pre-cut onions, garlic and ginger for a minute, put the rice and broth, if necessary, and water. Boil over medium heat with the lid on for 15-20 minutes, in the middle of the time and put the meat. When the rice is ready and has taken water put red pepper (chilli), curry powder, turmeric, soy sauce and chopped parsley (cilantro), stir well and is removed from the stove. Add salt to taste.
