Turnedo with mushrooms

Ingredients
800 g beef fillets
salt
pepper
flour
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
frying fat
4 slices of dry white bread without crust
1 cup broth
20-25 mushrooms
60 g butter
Method
Cleaned membranes of meat is cut across the muscle of 4 pieces hammered slightly, add salt and dipped in vegetable oil, drain and sprinkle one side with flour. Allow to stand for 30 minutes, then fry first of nenabrashnenata hand, turns and fry the other side. Remove to a warm plate and in the same oil sauté cleaned and cut into strips mushrooms. Add the broth and seasoned with salt and a pinch of pepper. In the butter fried sprayed with a little broth bread slices. Each piece of meat is placed on the bed bread and pour 1 tbsp sauce of mushrooms and fungi are allocated in a heap in the middle of it. Optional can be served with steamed rice and fried potatoes. Rice watered with the rest of the sauce.
