Ingredients
1 l vanilla ice cream
500 g strawberries
40 g sugar
2-3 tbsp liqueur
few fresh mint leaves
Method
Wash and clean the berries from the stems, put in a shallow dish , sprinkled with liqueur and sprinkled with sugar, then leave to stand for a while. In dessert plates or cups for ice cream put 2 large balls of ice cream and decorate with 5-6 strawberries and mint leaves.
