When I was a child, grandmother cooked it to me just like in this recipe :)
Tasty lean meat, thus avoiding to cook, because of some difficulty in cleaning the onions. Share a trick - onions are covered with hot, boiling water and stay 1-2 minutes. Immediately drain and pour cold water. Then very easy to clean scales and chins. :)
It looks very appetizing! I love these meatless stew :)
Dobby, I'm glad if you prepare, especially when love meatless stews! :)
I made a stew with shallots instead of onions. I saw the onion in the store and immediately thought of your recipe, Ina :) stew was very tasty and all home liked it!
Dobrinka, very glad that he did it! :) Just one onion should be used - small, like so on.. *Baluchka*. Maybe we can change the name of the recipe, but it is written in the book. :)
Zabravih- very well look the picture! :)
Thank you for the nice words, Ina! Image made in haste; I did not have much time for *arrangement* :) because my people were hungry. The stew is really wonderful taste! And I had and assistant for cleaning of the onion :)
It is very important to have an assistant! :)
