800 g potatoes
200 g green beans (maybe frozen)
2 fresh tomatoes
1 handful fresh parsley and dill
100 ml tomato paste
1 tsp red pepper, salt, olive oil (sunflower oil)

Potatoes cut into large cubes, zucchini too. Add the onion, cut into crescents, green beans, fresh tomatoes (peeled) onion and okra. Put dill, parsley (not cut very finely), salt, olive oil, paprika and tomato paste. All mix well, pour into pan and pour the water, so as almost to cover the vegetables. Bake for about an hour or until ready vegetables in a preheated oven at the bottom of 180C degrees. Casseroles should not remain water and fat.
