The bulgur put in vegetable broth and let simmer for about 10 minutes after the boil or until the bulgur absorb liquid. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix beans, 2 tbsp olive oil, chopped onion, mash garlic, cumin, coriander (dried and fresh), hot sauce, egg, salt and pepper . All creases or passaged until a fairly smooth mixture. Bread soaked in milk, are then drained of excess liquid and added to the bean mixture. And add the bulgur and mix everything well. Cover and stand in refrigerator 1 hour (or until the mixture harden). Forms into small meatballs (can be put on skewers) which are coated with olive oil and bake in the oven at 220C degrees about 10 to 15 minutes. Then turn, again smeared with fat bake another 5 to 10 minutes until they are crispy. * Can be served with garlic yogurt or with tabbouleh and flat bread loaf.

Very interesting proposal / naturally my taste! /. Will try! :)

Ina, I hope you enjoy them!

I do not bake at all, remained white and withered so much :( I did the mixture during what to do (I have not baked all)

I need advice seriously and why the outside is burned inside a ... friable and white?

pipilotka111, what do you mean crude? Fine bulgur Do you? Chickpeas or beans you use? White of what happened, the mixture should you be yellowish (When you use white beans or chickpeas)? Burned or are they dead? Need a little more information so we can help - describe in more detail what benefit, the mixture looks like, what does not work and if you make any changes to the recipe, if you put a photo.

I got a picture and wrote the description

pipilotka111, bulgur and beans / chickpeas must be boiled before it is put into the mixture. Cooks only egg should be cooked. The mixture should be ground fine and is sufficiently tacky to form (so-called) meatballs. Image you can not see it yet.

This recipe intrigued me, but I still question how can I replace bulgur?

steple, frankly, I do not know what to replace bulgur. The idea is that as bulgur is cooked and bold becomes sticky and thus remain kebapchetata purposes. Perhaps of wheat will happen, but I personally am not cooked corn (I've only seen my grandmother as prepared). If you decide to try a wheat must be well cooked. Again I say, I'm not sure if it would work.

pipilotka111, but to try to lower the temperature to bake, but again, if bulgur and beans are not cooked, not dosgotvyat cooks. Nothing else comes to mind.

Ufff all day looking in stores and could not find bulgur, will become a meal? Do not live in BG. and I have no idea where I can buy? And I wanted to do for tonight!

With wheat meal, no rice, so I have!

A brown rice? Whether it will happen?

steple, really do not know what will happen with semolina or brown rice. I am very sorry that I can not help.

will risk and will try brown rice, I think it is more akin to the bulgur do not know? I'll write what you!

Thanks for the quick reply!

thank you! But the truth is that the beans were well cooked and bulgur mixture ... and it was sticky! I will try to lower T. and see! Thanks again

Gerry, here they did with my meal! The taste is very good, appearance is not given to me as yours, but surely it is not with bulgur and Bake razplyokaha less still if you find from somewhere bulgur will try the original recipe! Thanks for the recipe!

steple, I'm glad that at least taste have received. And mine were a little loose, but as seen from the picture remained purposes.

second baking pan January Paiute more and become better! here's a photo!

bulgur replace it with oatmeal, but I poured it in saotno6enie 1: 1. Spores me with chickpeas is more delicious.
