Ingredients
5 eggs
100 g sausage (ham Lebercase and other of your choice)
100 g butter
2 gherkins
2 red peppers - bell peppers (marinated or roasted)
1/5 connection parsley
300 g of white bread
salt
Method
The bread is cut into 5 slices (crust removed) that are coated with the butter, cover with 1/5 of a thinly sliced sausage and baked in BBQ, or in a pan oven with overhead heating. Break the eggs over boiling salted and slightly sour water, cover with a lid and cook until the yolk veiling. Remove with latticed spoon and drain. Place (1 piece) on grilled slices and decorate with slices or julienne of pickled cucumbers and bell peppers.
