Walnut pastries with icing

Ingredients
200 g butter
200 g of powdered sugar
4 eggs
200 g ground walnuts
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp cocoa
# For glaze:
150 g chocolate
3 tbsp milk
30 g butter
Method
Mix well the butter with the sugar. Add consecutively 4 yolks the walnuts, bread crumbs, cocoa and egg whites broken down into snow. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish with butter and sprinkled with flour and bake. Once cool the cake is cut into small pastries. Melt the chocolate with the milk and the butter and this mixture is smeared pasties.
