Warm salad of spinach and mushrooms

Ingredients
400 g spinach
150 g fresh mushrooms
3-4 scallions
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
70 ml olive oil
1/4 bunch fresh dill
3 tbsp yogurt
Method
Spinach is tearing the sheet. Wash well leaf leaf. Discard the stems, then spinach leaves torn pieces. Mushrooms are washed in tap water and finely chopped. Clipped onion cleaned of external feathers and roots. Then washed and cut into rings. In a pan pour 70ml olive oil, then the dish included a stove. As warm fat consistently put mushrooms, spinach and onions. Fry for 10 minutes while stirring constantly with a wooden spatula. When ready sprinkle salt, sugar, 3 tbsp lemon juice, stir again and the court withdrew from the heat. Dill is cut into small pieces. It sprinkled fried vegetables. They add 3 tbsp yogurt. Mix salad. Distributed into the salad. Everyone served in its own dish.
