Ingredients
5 zucchini - about 1 kg
100 g grated feta cheese
egg 1
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
dill
parsley
sunflower oil
garlic optional

Method
Courgettes are cut from ends, washed and blanched in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Remove, halve in length and carve. Inscription is cut into small pieces, mixed with the feta cheese, bread crumbs, egg, 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil and spices (you can add garlic) and this mixture is filled pumpkin halves. Arrange in a greased pan and baked until browned.
