Zucchini with a sauce of egg yolks

Ingredients
1/2 bunch of dill
50 ml sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 tsp mustard
150 g zucchini
1 tsp vinegar
pepper
Method
Boil peeled zucchini in salted water. When ready let them cool. Cut them into slices, put in a dish that step. Sprinkle with dill. Pour on top with a mixture of cooked and mashed yolks, sunflower oil, mustard, pepper and vinegar. Sprinkle top with grated egg white. Not to overdo it with the oil, because it is oily dish.
