Fish in the oven

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) fish
7-8 (600 g) onion
1-2 (100 g) carrots
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
10-12 cloves garlic
10-12 peppercorns
2-3 bay leaf
1 tsp (10 g) tomato paste
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 lemon
salt
Method
In fat sauté until soft chopped onions and carrots, cut into rings, then add to the red pepper, fuzzy cold water tomato paste, garlic, black pepper, bay leaf and salt to taste. The fish is cleaned, washed and placed in a tray. Pour it on steamed mixture. Bake in a moderate oven. Serve cold with slices of lemon.

For recipe no comments! A very tasty. Garlic chop finely! The mixture, which is poured over evaporated so prepare further. Of oil you save yourself! Healthier is :) and again gets :)

It was very tasty. Only instead of tomato paste, put canned tomatoes. The most delicious part is very sauce.
