Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
2 onions
1 cup (200 g) rice
6 eggs
30 g butter
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
250 g yogurt
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
pepper
mint
salt

Method
Rice is boiled in 800 ml water and add black pepper and mint. In a pan put the oil and the butter, add the grated in large pieces onion and sliced mushrooms. Add cooked rice and diced, 4 hard-boiled eggs. All pour into pan and bake in a moderate oven. Pour a mixture of 2 eggs, yogurt and flour. Bake to pinking of topping.
