Ingredients
300 g of cooked rice
2 bunches green onions
250 g peas
3 tbspsmes of chopped herbs - parsley, dill, basil
# For the marinade:
50 ml olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
# To decorate:
lettuce 2
3 radishes
Method
Rice put in a deep bowl and mix with 1/2 of the marinade. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Then add chopped onions, boiled peas, spices and remaining marinade. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Serve over sliced and tossed green salad, decorate with pieces of radish.
