Chinese soup with pork ribs

Ingredients
200 g pork ribs
100-150 g of fresh cabbage
1 onion
1 carrot
1/4 leeks
1 cube chicken broth
2 slices ginger
2-3 tbsp red wine
1-1 and 1/2 tbsp starch
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt
pepper

Method
The ribs are chopped into small pieces. Place in a glass pot (2 liters), add the chopped onion, wine, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Stews under the lid 15 minutes in a microwave oven. Carrot cut into thin rings and cabbage into thin strips. In stew meat put carrots and cabbage. Pour 1 liter of hot water flavored with cleaned and finely chopped ginger, crushed bouillon. Stir, pour additional 500 ml hot water, boiling for 10 minutes under a cover in a microwave oven. Remove, pour in some water dissolved starch and another 500 ml hot water. Boil for 1-2 minutes. The finished soup sprinkled with chopped leeks.

Blaga, do not worry ... I put the pot on the stove and made soup. You're better, and you ask them those who have no stoves ... how to fix only a microwave :)
