Turkish roll

Ingredients
450 g puff pastry
500 ml milk
60 g starch
500 g sugar
200 g ground walnuts
1 yolk
1 vanilla
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Make a cream milk, 100 g of sugar, starch and vanilla. When cool add the walnuts, egg yolks and lemon juice. Mix. Puff dough spread and smeared with cream. Tightly wound on a roll. Cut with a sharp knife into slices 3 cm thick. Arrange in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 200 C. Using the remaining sugar and 1 cup water boil syrup. It Bay tepid roll.

Make a roll and then cut into slices. :)

Rally, perhaps the name of the recipe they mislead ...

baking pan covered you with what?

In principle butertestoto rich enough and does not stick. I never paint anything when I use butertesto, put it on the baking paper and there is no problem.
