Cold layered cake Cat tongue

Ingredients
500-600 g Cat's tongue biscuits
200 g butter
400 g sour cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp rum
1 vanilla
white and brown chocolate for decoration

Method
Butter cream: Heat 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp rum 2 tbsp cocoa and 3 tbsp sugar until a homogeneous mixture. Allow to cool. The butter mix with 1 cup icing sugar, and added one by one the yolks. Then the cocoa mixture, and 2 egg whites broken down into the snow. Creamy Cream: The cream is mixed with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla and add 2 egg whites broken down into snow. cat tongues are immersed in cold milk and are arranged in the form of cake (with a diameter of about 20 cm) in the following way: at the bottom of the form 2 rows are arranged Cat tongues and the wall of the form 1 line as overlap. Then put the prepared cream. Queue 2 more rows biscuits and put cream cream. The cake is decorated with grated white chocolate and brown.

When I was a child my mother made a cake with cat tongues, sour cream, cocoa .... very tasty and was still looking for the recipe, but without success. Now I find this and will try, I'm sure it's very tasty.
