Ingredients
800 g flour
1 package dry yeast
7-8 onions
1 cup sunflower oil for frying
Method
From the flour and dry yeast along with 2 cups hot water mix a soft dough. Leave to rise. To make thin sheets, each sheet pour a little of the chopped and stewed onions, add salt, turn to roll pinched by the end of the pirozhki, for not filling out. In the heated sunflower oil fry the pirozhki redness, served warm.
