Beef turns

Ingredients
750 g veal without bones
150 g salo
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
2-3 (75 g) roots of parsley
Chapter 1 (50 g) celery
2 (100 g) carrots
pepper

salt

Method
Cut the meat into thin slices, which are crushed and sprinkled with salt, red and black pepper. Each slice is placed a piece of salo.
